In celebration of the AGM’s 35th anniversary, this exhibition brings together key works by 35 artists in our permanent collection. These artworks comprise just some of the exceptional pieces held in our collection storage, including works by both local and internationally recognized artists, and feature a wide range of mediums and approaches.
The exhibition features works by Kim Adams, Stephen Andrews, John Armstrong, Carl Beam, Cathy Daley, Shirley Erskine, Ivan Eyre, Fausta Facciponte, Frederick Hagan, Robert Houle, George Hunter, Tim Jocelyn, Dorothy Knowles, Rita Letendre, Susan Low-Beer, Ken Lum, P. Mansaram, Sanaz Mazinani, Doris McCarthy, Andrew McPhail, Norval Morrisseau, Eileen Oswald, Jane Ash Poitras, Annie Pootoogook, Stephanie Rayner, Brent Roe, Abraham Anghik Ruben, Pitaloosie Saila, Arnold Shives, Jaclyn Shoub, Fay Sproule, Jeannie Thib, Jeff Thomas, David Urban, and Leszek Wyczoklowski.
