OPEN CALL

We are looking for fresh talent to apply for our upcoming 2027 production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels! We want to hear from YOU about your past projects, your vision for our show, and what you know about CCMP and the shows we produce.

Location: Meadowvale Village Hall 6970 Second Line W, Mississauga, ON L5W 1A1

Interviews will be scheduled for Wednesday May 20 and 27, beginning at 6:45 pm. Times will be assigned on a first-received basis. Additional interviews may be arranged based on number of submissions. We would love to have you on board for our spring projects.

Director Requirements:

  • Experience directing content with a comedic tone, and a medium-sized ensemble.
  • A strong vision that integrates movement and set to support the content.
  • Experience with accents an asset.
  • Choreography experience an asset, see Choreographer.

Music Director Requirements:

  • Experience instructing and directing leading voices and ensemble singing.
  • Adaptability in translating the score for a relatively smaller pit band (7-10 members).
  • Connections to musicians an asset.

Choreographer Requirements:

  • Experience instructing varied levels of dancers.
  • A vision for movement that will create visual interest on a large set and stage.
  • Experience creating choreography in the style of Broadway Jazz and Ballroom an asset.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels will be part of the 2026-2027 Encore Series at Meadowvale Theatre in Mississauga.

Show Dates:
Evenings: March 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20, 2027 at 8pm

Matinées: March 14, 20, and 21, 2027 at 2pm.

Rehearsals will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from 6:30 pm until 10:00 pm.
