This is not about stretching more. It’s about ‘feeling’ more. Remembering the hips as portals of presence, as anchors of creativity, as guides into movement that is yours. When we move from here – gently, curiously – we don’t just unlock tension, we awaken possibility. We remember how to come home to ourselves.

In this 4-week Journey into the Hips series, we’ll dive deep into exploring and releasing tension in the hips and lower back – the foundation of our body that stabilizes us and gives us the freedom to run, walk, jump and play. Each week, we’ll focus on a unique area, integrating breath, mindful movement, and visualization to unlock greater mobility and ease in the hips, legs, and low back.
