Vision in Motion 2025: Embodying Your Creative Future

January 11 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm EST

$30

Welcome to Vision in Motion 2025: Embodying Your Creative Future! Join us at the Lorne Park Community Hall for an exciting event designed to ignite your creativity with movement, meditation, goal setting for 2025. Certified yoga teacher, mindful movement coach, educator and performer Julia Juhas will guide our participants followed by an intention setting activity led by Heather Christine.

As dusk falls earlier and nights linger, we invite you to embrace this seasonal shift with a harmonious dance of balance and intention. In this 2-hour experience, we’ll blend mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to ground you in the present moment and awaken your creative potential for the year ahead.

Through embodied movement, we’ll move energy through the body, creating space for clarity and insight, while your mind envisions the possibilities of the future. Bring a pen and notebook to capture any insights, ideas, or intentions that arise as you move and reflect. This is more than a celebration—it’s a sacred opportunity to align with your deeper purpose and set intentional, vibrant goals for the journey ahead.

Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Dress in comfortable clothes.

Kindly note we have space available to a maximum of 25 guests.

For additional information, please email hcb@rogers.com.

Don’t miss this chance to ignite your imagination and shape your path forward.

More on our Facilitators:

Julia Juhas (she/her), is the founder of Live With Ease: The Juhas Approach.

Julia is a professional performing artist, certified yoga teacher, embodied mindful movement coach, educator, dancer, and group facilitator. With over three decades of experience as a practitioner and guide, Julia brings a blend of knowledge and intuitive insight to her work.

She believes movement is truly medicine. As an integrative coach, she combines mindful movement practices with a holistic approach to help individuals reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate greater self-awareness.

In the midst of her career as a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, she faced two life-changing challenges: a rare knee injury and a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Both conditions severely impacted her ability to move and nearly ended her career as a dancer. Determined to continue and not let pain take away her joy of being physically active, she shifted her approach to movement and yoga, focusing on sustainability, functionality, mobility, and longevity.

Now, over ten years later, she is pain-free, still dancing, performing professionally, and leading an active lifestyle.

Heather Christine (she/her), is a professional Artist, Music Educator and Community Arts Specialist. She has two decades of experience working with the community through her time as a staff member with the Mississauga Arts Council, the City of Mississauga (Culture Division), Visual Arts Mississauga and now at her own private vocal studio – True Voice. Heather is dedicated to helping people express themselves creatively through the power of the arts. In addition to her work as a professional vocalist and songwriter, she is a new producer and the creator of “West Vocal Jam” – a community music program and “Isn’t She Lovely” the mainstage musical concert celebrating women in music.
