Writing for Mental Health Workshops

Would you like to learn more about managing stress, anxiety and depression? This series of writing workshops is designed to help you in your mental health journey by providing practical tools that can be easily employed anywhere, anytime. There is the added bonus of being able to develop your creative writing skills at the same time.
