Mississauga World Music Festival 2026 | August 1

Join us on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Streetsville Village Square for the opening day of the Mississauga World Music Festival. From 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, enjoy a vibrant evening of live music, dance, rhythm, and cultural celebration featuring talented artists from diverse musical traditions. The program begins with Mohamed Ben and Maple Arts Group performing a mix of pop and classic favourites, followed by the energetic Bollywood, Brazilian samba, and Latin rhythms of Hips Don’t Lie. Illara & Hikaya Band will bring the sounds of Arabic pop to the stage, followed by Steve Mancuso’s exciting world-drumming performance. The evening continues with the Afro-Cuban jazz of Joaquin Nunez & Habana Safari, the Mediterranean sounds of Lazo & Friends, and a powerful pop-rock finale by Dr. Draw. Bring your family and friends and experience an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, and community. Admission is free.
