Poetry Writing Workshop

Join us for an inspiring and welcoming poetry writing workshop led by international bestselling author Asha Ponnachan.
In this engaging two hour session, you will explore how ideas, thoughts and emotions can be shaped into poetic verse. Whether you are starting a brand new piece, returning to an existing project, or simply curious about where to begin with poetry, this workshop offers space to experiment, reflect and create.
Through guided exercises, warm ups and dedicated writing time, Asha will support you in developing your voice and bringing your words to life. This is a chance to slow down, connect with your creativity, and leave with new ideas and work you can continue to build on.
This welcoming session is open to all levels (18+). Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
No previous experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
Please note: Participants are encouraged to bring something to write on or with. This could be a laptop, a notebook, or notes on your phone, whatever you prefer.
