Quick Start Guide – Sauga Arts HUB Tutorials

Ready to jump into Sauga Arts HUB? Check out this quick start guide that will take you through the basics of getting logged in and set up on Sauga Arts HUB.

Here are the basics to getting your profile up to date!

  • Register
    • Not on Sauga Arts HUB just yet? Registered members of the Mississauga Arts Council (MAC) are entitled to a profile in our Artist Directory.
      Learn more about MAC membership here: mississaugaartscouncil.com/mac-membership
      Or register here: saugaartshub.com/register
    • If you are registering for a new account, please allow 1-2 business days for your account to be approved and for you to receive your Account Approval email.
      Once you receive your email, use the link provided to login and reset your password.
  • Logging In & Reset Your Password
  • Update Your Profile
    • Click the person (👤) icon (top right corner) of the website’s header to go to your public profile page
    • Click the gear (⚙) icon (next to your display name), then select “Edit Profile”
    • From there, you can
      • Upload/change your profile image and cover photo
      • Update your biography
      • Add categories, contact info, and links
    • When finished, click the checkmark (✓) icon or scroll down and select “Update Profile.”
  • Add Media
    • Upload images by clicking “Upload Works”
    • Add YouTube videos under the Video tab: Select “Add” the enter the Video ID (not the full URL)
      • You can find the Video ID at the end of the YouTube video URL, after the equals (=) sign.
      • For example, the Video ID for the following YouTube link, youtube.com/watch?v=W9giJtviDXQ, is W9giJtviDXQ

Don’t worry if you miss a step or need to come back to make an update later on — you can always return and update your profile anytime!
