Creative Hub 1352 invites applications for short-term residency projects as a part of the biennial multi-arts festival InSitu, to be hosted in the Small Arms Inspection Building, (SAIB), between January 12th and February 19th, with InSitu taking place from March 5 – March 7, 2026.
Residencies will be self-directed, enabling artists to work on projects of their own choosing.ย We welcome proposals from individual or small collectives, visual, movement, performing, writing or multidisciplinary artists.ย This residency offers space only โ accommodation and stipend are not provided
There will be no fee for the residency, the model is an exchange of artist engagement in the InSitu Festival.
This opportunity is open to:
- Artists at any career stage (must be at least 19 years old).
- Writers, storytellers, performers, dancers, movement artists, theatre artists, musicians and visual artists are encouraged to to apply
- Mississauga artists will be given priority
- Artists wishing to be part of the InSitu Festival
- Artists who do not have studio space outside their own homes.
- Applicants of diverse identities and lived experiences are encouraged to apply.
