Literature and visual arts connect in this distinctive book club. Join Brampton Library and PAMA for an in-person discussion about women in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields.
Read and discuss Bonnie Garmus’ novel, Lessons in Chemistry, about a female chemist in the 1960s, whose approach to domesticity changes the status quo for women. Plus – take a tour the exhibition Iron Willed: Women in STEM. This exhibition features the barriers women have faced within STEM and their successes.
The discussion and tour will take place at PAMA. Registration is required.
