WriteWell presents Liberating Language of Emotions workshop series in support of Joshua Creek Heritage Art Centre! This 6-week workshop, happening 6:30 – 8:00 PM on Wednesdays, January 19 – February 23 will focus on enhancing emotional literacy – the ability to label, understand and act on emotions or the emotions of others in a way that is healthy and socially acceptable. The series will explore the lexicon of basic core emotions and help to express them through arts-based creative exercises such as writing, music, and art.
