The Sauga Plein Air Group, in collaboration with Visual Arts Mississauga, is proud to host the first-ever Plein Air Competition at Riverwood Park. 50 Artists from across Ontario who enjoy creating outdoors will be taking part in this two-day public event on Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22, 2025.
The event will include a timed 3-hour competition, with cash prizes, and a People’s Choice Award. This is a chance for both artists and the public to engage in a creative celebration of nature and community in the heart of Mississauga.

Sauga Plein Air Group will also be having their 2nd annual group show “Impressions of Mississauga” at Visual Arts Mississauga Gallery, leading into the Plein Air Competition (June 16th to 22nd).
