Want to get your next performance, exhibition, or workshop featured on Sauga Arts HUB? Here’s how to submit your event for our online listings — and get it shared in our HUB Highlights newsletter!

 

 Log In

Visit saugaartshub.com/login and enter your email and password to access your profile.
If you don’t have an account yet, register here.

 

Go to “Submit Events”

Hover over Events in the top navigation and click Submit Events, or go directly to:
saugaartshub.com/events/community/add/

 

Add Your Event Details

  • Event Title and Description — Include what attendees can expect, who it’s for, and any registration info.
  • Date and Time — Choose a single or recurring schedule.
  • Event Image — Upload a JPG, PNG, or GIF under 1 MB in size. Square or portrait images work best.
  • Event Category — Pre-select from options like Family, Music, or Visual Arts to make your listing easier to find.
  • Venue — There are already many Mississauga locations in the system — try searching first before adding a new one.
  • Organizer — Likewise, search for your organizer name before creating a new entry.
  • Virtual Event Settings — If your event is online, click “Configure Virtual Event” to add your livestream or meeting link.
  • External Link — Add a URL for more info or tickets.
  • Cost — Enter “0” for free events, or include your ticket price or range.

 

Review and Submit

Before submitting, agree to the Terms of Submission by checking “I agree.”
If you’d like to review the full content policy, visit the About Us section of our website.
When you’re ready, click Submit Event at the bottom of the page.

 

Event Review and Approval

All submissions are reviewed by the Sauga Arts HUB team and are typically approved within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, your event will appear on the HUB — and will also be featured in our HUB Highlights newsletter.

Manage Your Listings

To view or edit your events:

  1. Go to Events → Submit Events → View Your Submitted Events
  2. From there, you can:
    • See your current and past listings
    • Check if your events are published
    • Update or delete details as needed
