Learn the basics of getting your profile up to date, including adding a profile image, cover photo, editing your bio, adding categories to your profile, and more.

 

Log In to Your Account

Click Login at the top right of the page and enter your email and password.
Once logged in, you’ll land on your profile page. If not, click the person icon at the top right corner to go to your public profile.

 

Where to Edit Your Profile

Next to your display name, click the gear icon and select Edit Profile.
From here, you can:

  • Upload or change your profile image and cover photo
  • Update your biography
  • Edit your categories
  • Add or change your contact information and social links

 

Update Your Profile Image

Click the camera icon on your profile avatar.
Select Upload PhotoUpload → choose your image file.
Crop it into a square using the pop-up box and click Apply.

Tip: Keep images under 1MB and use JPEG or PNG formats for best results.

 

Update Your Cover Photo

Click the plus icon on your cover photo.
Select Upload a Cover PhotoUpload → choose your image file.
The best ratio is 3:1 or roughly 1000 x 370 pixels.
Adjust the crop box to your liking and click Apply.

Both your profile and cover photos appear on your listing in the Artist Directory.

 

Update Your Bio & Profile Categories

Scroll down to the biography section to share information about your creative practice.
Your bio can be up to 700 characters.

Below your bio, you can:

  • Select or edit your listing categories to control how you appear in the directory
  • Add external links such as your website, an additional email, or other social media links

When finished, click the checkmark icon at the top or Update Profile at the bottom to save your changes.

 

Upload Photos and Add Captions

Go to the Photos section and click Upload Works.
Choose your image file and click Add again.
Allow a moment for the photo to upload and the page to refresh.

Adding Captions: You can edit each image’s title and caption by clicking the pencil icon.
Add artwork details, context, or descriptions — then click Update to save.

 

Add YouTube Videos

Go to the Video tab and click Add.
Enter the YouTube video’s Video ID — the part of the URL after the “=” sign.
(Do not enter the full YouTube link or you’ll get an error.)
Click Add again to embed the video on your profile.

 

Deleting Photos or Videos

To remove any media, click the trash can icon on the photo or video you wish to delete.
If the change doesn’t appear immediately, refresh the page.
