Pay What You Can: Altered Books

Coming this February, we are excited to offer an additional Pay What You Can Online Workshop series focused on creating altered books taught by Alethia Caraccioli. An altered book gives your creativity space to experiment by transforming its pages into something new. A different technique will be covered in each workshop along with time to develop your work. Sign up for 1, 2 or all 4 weeks – invite a friend and participate together online using materials you have at home.

Alethia invites her students to try different things and be open to where the process of altering books can take them. “In my workshop, I encourage my students to be playful and go in their own direction to express their individuality. Working with the materials they have available at home makes these workshops accessible to anyone who wishes to explore their creativity.”
