“Free online event is presented by Peel United Cultural Partners

An evening of entertainment will be taking place virtually as the Peel United Cultural Partners hosts its 22nd annual Black History Month concert.

The event will be happening on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 5 to 7 p.m. online.

It will feature music, singing, spoken word, dancing, drumming, steelpan and the announcement and recognition of selected winners of the Black History Month creative writing competition.

The concert’s theme is “Know the Past, Shape the Future.”

Admission is free with registration which can be done through the online Eventbrite page.

Peel United Cultural Partners is a collaboration of the Congress of Black Women of Canada’s Brampton chapter and the United Achievers’ Club of Brampton.”
